Requested Expertise:
Instal z/OS on new Mainframe lpars in a sysplex environment at ABN-AMRO, including BAU.

Recent experience of >10 years working in a complex Mainframe sysplex environment.
Mainframe Systems Programmer responsible for infrastructure, 3rd level problem determination, incident solving and upgrades of complex products and z/OS.
Extensive knowledge of z/OS base (including JES2, SDSF, TSO, ISPF, Netview, VTAM, APPN and SA/390). Knowledge of Unix System Services, Security (RACF), Capacity and Performance (WLM), VTAM and TCP/IP for z/OS. Knowledge and usage of Monitoring products (such as TMON, Exigence), Storage Products (SMS, DMS or HSM) and ITIL

General skills:
Strong communication skills.

Languages:
English (word and writing) and preferably Dutch.

Ability to make clear agreements and live up to those agreements.
Teamplayer. Ability to cooperate with the other teammember as well as with other teams, clients and vendors in projects.
Create implementation documents and other technical documentation.
Create clear workinstructions in order to transfer the work to others (f.i. IDC India), knowledge transfer.
Flexible. Ability to cope with changes in planning and priorities. Ability to work under (time) pressure. Quick learner (new environments).
Willing to work outside office hours (weekends and nights) for projects and changes.
Willing to be standby on a regular base
