Mainframe Storage Administrator, DFSMS, HSM, RMM, DFP, DSS

I am currently looking for an experience Mainframe Storage Administrator to work on a 12 month extendable contract for a market leading client of mine in Johannesburg, South Africa.

SUMMARY - - This role functions in a team in providing services in a client, multi-vendor, multi-protocol complex storage delivery environments.
- Interacts frequently with clients, vendors and management to ensure high level of client satisfaction. 
- Acts as a resource and point of escalation for team members.
- Engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to storage daily operations and project delivery.
- This role needs to have a strong technical background and ability to learn and/or work with multiple tool sets.
- Candidate should have a background in support of Mainframe Storage Delivery for multiple multi national and large customers.
- Must be familiar with the dispatch process and using data to make decisions about process improvements for the delivery team.
- Strong business, technical and project management skills, as well as previous delivery experience in a technical environment are required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - - Required Experience in DFSMS toolsets including HSM, RMM, DFP and DSS.
- Strong AMS and IDCAMS exposure will be a benefit.
