Mainframe Security Specialist (Brussels)

On request of IG Hub Brussels (internal audit), Vanguard, a US company specialized in Mainframe Security,
reviewed the security of the bank's Mainframe (as part of an audit on this subject) in 2012.After three years of work, IT indicated that
the recommendations of that audit have been addressed and can be reviewed by IG Hub Brussels for formal closure.
In order to be able to review this quite technical topic, IG Hub Brussels would need some external support on-site for a limited
duration (10-15 days). We need a person with good z/OS and RACF security knowledge.
This person would be charged to:
1/ Understand the original 2012 findings of Vanguard (32) and the related audit recommendations
2/ Analyse the closure file submitted by IT as answer to these recommendations (in other words "do the described actions
properly mitigate the identified risks ?"). Several meetings with IT specialists will be needed in order to correctly understand the
actions taken.
3/ Write a short substantiated conclusion per finding to indicate if the risk has properly been addressed or not.
