- Have experience in MF development (CICS Cobol, DB2 & IMS) both online & batch
- Able to learn easily in a new environment
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical thinking
- Able to link functional requirements to IT functions & technical design
- Be able to participate in a detailed technical analysis and description of MF development work.
- Capable of overseeing the total project scope.
- Reporting skills
- Take initiatives and work independently
- Have good collaboration skills with all team members
- Communicative (IS)
- Awareness of deadlines and be able to work under pressure
- Able to deliver within targets, able manage own workload and report progress on a frequent base.
- Be able to prepare test scenario's
- Experience +/- 3 years in similar function
