This is a CONTRACT engagement (C2C, W2). The project is scheduled to start April 13, 2015 and run for 6 months. LOCAL RALIEGH/DURHAM AREA CANDIDATES ONLY, PLEASEJOB DESCRIPTION: This is a position to develop and implement technical solutions to business and technical requirements. The person that will fill this position will provide development and testing of complex modules for a large application programs in a Mainframe environment with interfaces to Client Server systems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

- Thorough knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages, and the capabilities and limitations of computer
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation
- Demonstrated experience with analysis and design
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Strong analysis and programming skills
- Ability to resolved highly complex problems

Min 5 years of experience with the following:

- Cobol
- CICS
- DB2
- TSO
- WEB SERVICE development
- JCL
- CA DB2 Products
- ENDEVOR
- SQL
- VSAM
- MICROSOFT Office Suite.

- Exposure to State DMV systems
