Mainframe Middleware Developer (JCL Cobol)

MAINFRAME DEVELOPER (COBOL) REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT.

This client is a large Fin ancial Services group with large operations across Ireland. They currently urgently require a Mainframe developer for a 6 month contract.

THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

- Write technical specifications
- Map development plans
- Analyse bugs
- Writing code/development
- 80% Online Processing/20% Batch Processing

YOU WILL HAVE:

- 5 years with Mainframe development (Cobol)
- Experience of developing on Mainframe for SOA environment
- Outstanding experience with online processing, development and related tasks as above
- JCL
- Strong EDI experience
- Financial Services experience
- Web Services
- There is flexitime on site and location is City centre.
