PROFILE BUSINESS ANALYST - FUNCTIONAL ANALYST WITH DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

- Understands business operation
- Positions the project (organisation, locations, product flow, etc.)
- Interviews management and floor staff
- Describes business requirements
- Executes business process modelling
- Pro-actively validates and optimizes business processes
- Creates the screen and report mock-ups
- Transforms business requirements to system functions.
- Creates system scenario's & plans
- Executes system tests
- Creates usertest scenario's & plans
- Co-ordinates UAT (daily follow-up of results & execution)
- Trains users in view of new system functions
- Assists the business in preparing operation manuals
- Assists the business in preparing implementation plans
- Assists the business (questions, issues) during project warranty period
- Have experience in MF development (Cobol, DB2 & CICS) both online & batch
- Be able to create new programs following Honda standards, adapt existing programs
- Be able to translate technical design in programs & re-useable modules
- Be able to make and execute unit test scenario's for the developed MF functions
- Experience in working with offshore teams is an advantage
- Experience in technical architecture & system infrastructure is an asset
- Good analytical thinking

- Awareness of deadlines and be able to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, MS Project)
- Experience +/- 3 years in similar function
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
- Full time availability
- Willing to travel in Europe (mostly UK)
