Our client, a renowned bank in Zurich, is currently searching for a Mailbackbone IT Operations SME
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operating Mail backbone Internet Mail and Application Mail Gateways, Distributions Systems and Global Directory (OS & Application)
- Systems and applications patching
- Working closely with the engineering teams (testing in production testing area)
- Supporting customers (Application developer, Bank users and external partners)
- Supporting deployment and migration
- Creating, executing, implementing and documenting production test cases
- Mail logs analysis (Sentrion System logs, Splunk logs)
- Monitoring and reporting tasks
IDEAL PROFILE
- Multiple years' experience as an Email SME for a large organization
- Advanced Linux administration and Sendmail skills
- Network (DNS, Firewall) and OpenLDAP skills
