Magento Developer - English Speaking

Magento Developer is required for a 3-month contract in Amsterdam.

Our client is currently doing a migration from Magento 1x to Magento 2x and you will need to have had experience on a similar project.

YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING:

- The unit and integration testing before launch.
- Functional and non-functional testing.
- Troubleshooting and de-bugging the applications.
- Updating and adding new features to existing programmes.
- Developing technical documents and handbooks representing the design and code.
- Agile/Scrum environment delivering the working software in accordance to the spec.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

- Experience previously in a Magento Development role (preferably over 3 years exp.)
- Designing and building applications.
- Have worked with Magento 1x and 2x previously.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Previous PHP experience.
- Good English communication.
- Experience programming varied operating systems and platforms using development tools.
- Team player.
- Attention to detail.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is an initial 3-month contract, there are years' worth of work at this client for a Magento Developer that wants to stay. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to try before they buy.
