Immediate need for a Machinist south of Boston, Massachusetts to set up vertical milling machines and perform quality control inspection. Precision machine shop with well-trained and experienced staff finds a need in their Quality Control Department due to their recent growth. Candidate must be familiar with a Yasnac J300 controls. Great opportunity with a great company. Company uses the latest and greatest inspection equipment available, including the Coordinate Measuring Machines, the Zeiss Eclipse and Mitutoyo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Setup vertical milling machines
- Final Inspection, all piece parts produced will be subjected to a complete and final lot inspection

REQUIREMENTS

- AS Engineering technology or equivlent educations & experience
- Min of 5 years experience with QC tools and practices
- Must be familiar with Yasnac J300 controls
- Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
