Machining Engineer

For our client in LE LOCLE (Switzerland) we are looking for a MACHINING ENGINEER for a 12 MONTH contract.

DURATION: 26/11/2018 (preferred) to 29/11/2019

LOCATION: Le Locle, Switzerland

WORKLOAD: 100%

For the final phase of a large product innovation project we are looking for an experienced machining engineer who will support the enginneering team with internal process restructuring and equipment innovation activities.

Main tasks:
. Participate to equiment choice decision
. Equipment installation
. Define equipment URS
. Document process and equipment validation
. Manage mutli disciplinar project team
. Document and support departement communication through the organisation
. Document machining process and instruction for production
. Collaborate with quality and engineering departements
. Coach and support CNC programmer

Job profile
. ENGINEER, master degree, or Bachelor degree with at least 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
. Knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ processus required.
. Experience with EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION required.
. Strong knowledge on MACHINING PROCESS mandatory, Swiss lathe expertise is a bonus.
. Knowledge of MEDICAL DEVICE INDUSTRY is a very strong advantage.
. Knowledge of LEAN PRODUCTION principles is a bonus
. Knowledge of CNC PROGRAMMING is a bonus.
. Experience with CAM or CAD needed, NX Siemens knowledge is a bonus.
. Microsoft office knowledge required.
* Fluent ENGLISH is required. Good FRENCH is a plus
