Machine/Packing Operator

A Leading Medical Solutions Company is looking for an Operator to work in a Laboratory Environment within their Product Finishing Group.

FUNCTION

- Manufacturing

ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE

- This position will be responsible for meeting production standards and adhere to high quality and safety standards, ability to read packing plans and associated packing documentation

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work to ISO: 90001 standards.
- Flexible working hours.
- Organisational skills and time management.
- Read packing plans and associated packing documentation.
- Work alone or as part of a packing line.
- Operate basic packaging machines.
- Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures and equipment operating procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel and word

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Ability to demonstrate clear thinking and decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous use of Oracle ERP or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
