The M&S Technical Analyst and Coordinator for WEB Service and Project Delivery is organizationally located in the service delivery and combines 3 functional roles when handling projects, changes or incidents:

1. Business Analysis: Evaluates the business requirements from a functional perspective in order to assess and document functional feasibility, impact while assuring coherence in the solution. (10% of the job)

2. Technical Analysis: Evaluates the Business requirements and functional analysis from a technical perspective, documents the technical feasibility and consequences in order to enable the selection of the best technical solution in the existing architecture.
Develops the technical specifications according to the standards, ensures the integration with other system components in order to deliver the expected service/project deliverables within scope, quality, timing and budget. (30% of the job)

3. Coordination, Integration and Validation: Transfers the technical specifications to the development team and monitors progress and quality of their work in order to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the specifications.
Integrates the different involved parties/external providers.
Develops the technical (integration) test scenarios and validates the development work before delivery to business in order to ensure the technical completeness/consistency of the deliverables. (60% of the job)
The three topics depicted above require continuous alignment with the representatives of the business in IT, SDM/ISPL, architect, other analysts regarding technical issues that may affect other service/application areas in order to manage risks, have issues solved and decisions taken at the appropriate management level.

Additionally, because of the knowledge of the perimeter, he will be required to participate in service activities related to service improvement and problem resolution:
Ensures technical support to users, takes initiative to develop improvements by monitoring recurrent problems, participating in incident and problem management, and by monitoring evolutions within his/her technical domain in order to continuously improve the quality and performance of the solution.
