M&A Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER - MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS - MORTGAGE OPERATIONS

Global Enterprise Partners is currently in the market for a Project Manager to Lead the Acquisition Governance Process in a Business Critical M&A Environment.

As Project Manager for this Acquisition you will have:

- Strong Project Management experience in structured Environment
- Management of Governance/Due Diligence Processes
- Previous experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Netherlands- Pre and Post
- Experience In Mortgage Operations/Special Servicing Environment
- Post-Acquisition Integration Experience (preferred)

The Customer is looking for strong M&A Project Managers with:

- Fluent English & Dutch Language
- Excellent written and Oral Communication skills
- Strong Project Management/Governance skills
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Strong Stakeholder & 3rd Party Management skills
- Ability to work in high pressure, rapidly changing environment

Location: Amsterdam

Duration: Initially 3 months with possibility of long term extension

Start: Immediate/as soon as possible
