Austin Fraser is working with one of our key clients, a global provider of IT services. They require an excellent L3 Engineer to support the clients IT infrastructure and provide technical support to rest of the team acting as a Lync specialist.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a medium to large enterprise or SP Environment
- Ideally 3 years experience in MS OCS/Lync
- Experience supporting media infrastructure, networking, IPT and video conferencing
- Troubleshooting knowledge - SCOM, Log Analysers
- Knowledge in SBA's, SBC's and CAC and Lync
- Qualified to MCSE Communications
- Qualified in Lync 2013 Depth Support Engineer
- ITIL Experience
The right person will be, organised and pro-active with the ability to work unsupervised and have a proven experience in a high pressure environment.
