Our client, the global leader in desktop software and services, requires a Lync Technical Support Specialist (Level 3/4) to support Microsoft Cloud offerings, particularly Office 365.

This contract position will carry responsibility for resolving the most difficult and complex customer incidents for Microsoft's English-speaking customer base.

The successful candidate will have broad and deep technical knowledge of Lync (2010 Server, 2013 Server), particularly in relation to desktop clients (Windows, MAC, Mobile). They will also be familiar with MS Exchange (EWS and OWA). Most importantly, they will have experience in Level 3/4 support roles and will be thoroughly familiar with incident-based calls tracking tools (such as Remedy, Quest, Clarify or MSSOLVE).

A passion for troubleshooting and excellent English language communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role, which will require high-quality communication with external customers and internal MS Product units.
