Lync Compliance Voice Recording Specialist - Investment Banking

Lync Compliance Voice Recording Specialist required by large Investment Bank, based in London to work on the continued development of the Compliance Voice recording strategy within the bank.

You will ideally have experience working in a large financial services IT environment (preferably Investment Banking as it relates to regulations around voice recording) coupled with experience working in Voice Networks, Compliance Recording Platforms. Experience with Standard Voice, Unified Communications and Trader Voice Platforms. Knowledge of SIP networking and voice recording. Knowledge of Microsoft Lync 2010/2013. Experience with Technology Assisted Review tools and techniques as it relates to Voice.

You will be responsible for conducting a Proof of Concept with the preferred supplier for Lync Compliance Voice Recording. Defining work flows for Compliance Voice Recording through discussion with Legal and Compliance, and project teams to define the Lync Compliance Workflow for the new Lync Compliance Voice Recording solution. Product Management of Compliance Voice Recording across all telephony platforms - Trader Voice, Standard Voice mobile and Lync, including Roadmap development. Delivery of new strategic Lync recording platform in line with the Lync Voice rollout and integration of metadata from existing voice recording platforms into the strategic Records Retention and Archiving Platform (RRAP).
