Our client, a high end luxury retailer based in Central London require a Luxury Retail Trainer to deliver specialist training to customer facing staff who deal with high net-worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have delivered training in high end luxury retailers, however this would suit an individual who has delivered training to staff in 5* hotels/Michelin star restaurants/Luxury goods market. Essentially, you need to be well versed in training customer facing individuals who deal with high net worth individuals.

The Trainer will need to have:
Working knowledge of high end luxury goods market
Strong written verbal and presentation skills
Excellent service training skills
Proven training experience in the luxury goods market
The ability to convey a sense of luxury
Proficient Team working skills
Commercial awareness

Please note that not all of the training will be classroom based, so experience with other training forms is essential.
