LTPA Project Manager

LTPA Investments Project Manager is a key role, managing several complex MoD projects through development of business case to implementation, with full financial responsibility. This is a Capability Sustainment role for MOD, critical to the short term success of the business so experience in the MoD bid, procurement and tendering process is essential. LTPA is the Long Term Partnering Agreement to provide Test and Evaluation serivces to the MoD the MoD.

Due to the nature of this role, current SC Clearance will be required.

The successful candidate will be a proven successful Project Manager with a systems engineering discipline within aerospace/RAF. Knowledge of aviation regulation frameworks, military and civil aircraft modification practices and an understanding of systems engineering processes. With knowledge of EASA part 21 and part 145 as well as an understanding of MAOS and DAOS regulations. You will ideally have experience in Test and Evaluation domains and current knowledge of LTPA is highly desirable.

This is a customer facing role, in which developing and managing relationships with senior LTPA staff and RAF stakeholder community is key. You will need to gain the confidence of the MoD customer so have an understanding of their aspirations and motivations.
