LTE Rollout and Integration Manager
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Integration Manager with rollout experience to assume responsibility leading the Basestation team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and implementing the integration process for the program
* Interfacing to the customer on integration issues for the upgrade of existing mobile network from 2G and 3G to one with new LTE sites.
* Remotely managing teams and a mixture of remote/onsite resources.
* Managing circa 15 Integration engineers on the team.
* Interfacing with 3rd Party suppliers and ensuring site visits are planned and tasks executed according to agreed process.
The team will be responsible for bringing sites on air and to ensure all testing/troubleshooting is completed whilst maintaining no network KPI degradation.
This is an urgent requirement, so we are looking for someone who can telephone interview this week with a view to starting immediately.
