LTE Expert with NSN 2G,3G, LTE optimisation Experience a must,

We need a top NSN LTE expert, newest equipment.

min 2 years LTE planning, optimisation and several years  2G,3G NSN optimisation experience

We are looking for a 4G NPO Radio expert with Nokia experience who will support the 4G cluster optimization (Paris city and other large to medium cities in France)

Technical expertise is required, but also capability to deal with the customer

Main tasks:

* LTE (L2600 & L800) clusters optimization (after integration and activation of L2600 and L800 sites)

* Drive tests field measurements analysis (scanner/mobile/TNQ data)

*Investigations on radio issues and optimization of 4G parameters/neighbouring (4G-4G, 4G-3G, 4G (L800)-2G)/4G tilts/4G cells power)

* Perform all the actions (correction/optimization) in order to reach best 4G data throughputs

*LTE OSS and end users KPIs optimization

*Follow-up of the LTE clusters QoS until their validation by the customer

*Tools knowledge: Actix/Nemo Analyzer/MUSA/Atoll/Capesso/SON (Optimizer)/Reporting Suite

Deliverables:

*Optimization actions intermediate reports

* Optimization final reports

*Ensure Optimization validation by the customer

Start date: ASAP

End date: End of the year

Mandatory constraint: no holidays in July/August (ok in September)
