Projektbeschreibung
I am currently recruiting for a LONG TERM opportunity and seeking high level professionals with LTE RAN Architecture experience for one of the biggest swap projects in Romania with a leading global figure in the Telecommunications space.
The candidate will make proposals for new radio features and provide expertise on optimizing and tuning the Radio Network, define recommended strategies and principles for Radio Network optimization,Initiate new ideas of optimization, and initiate new way of reporting to reflect the network capacity and quality.
Responsibilities should also include:
Monitoring overall Radio Network performance and takes any necessary action to improve it.
Ensuring that the radio network quality KPI's are of world class standard.
Ensuring that newly integrated sites are tuned and provide optimum performance with reference to existing nodes.
Clearing Trouble Tickets on time.
Performing parameter consistency checks in the network and proposes new parameter values to enhance the network overall quality.
Performing related tuning on load sharing features.
Aiding in developing the competitiveness of junior radio optimization engineers.
Providing technical interface between Network Core and Radio group for new node integration which has direct impact on subscriber perception.
Providing technical expertise for the radio optimization.
Providing reliable monthly reporting figures for the Radio Network performance to the higher management
The candidate must have strong knowledge of the interfaces (S1, X2) and of the corresponding protocols.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of the inter-RAT signalling and he should be able to identify to perform traces on the relevant interfaces
The Candidate:
The candidate must have a university degree in Telecommunication Engineering. A minimum of 6 years of related working experience demonstrated at least 3 year's working experience in Huawei Radio optimization, Huawei LTE experience (at least worked on live LTE Trial).
