LTE Radio Solution Delivery Expert

Flint is seeking an LTE Radio professional for significant deployment project based in Mumbai in India. This role is for a LTE Radio professional to support driving the network design and rollout for an LTE initial roll out program.

Deep knowledge of radio access network technology is required with focus on

- 3GPP LTE (TDD)
- Developing feature roadmaps and introducing a software release management
- Base station roll-out
- Site, cluster and network acceptance procedures
- Specifying, implementing and optimizing electronic workflow procedures in the network planning and rollout domain
- Self Organizing Network (SON) feature implementation (Plug and Play procedures)
- Small cell architectures and implementations
- LTE broadcast (eMBMS) and related business impacts
- Experiences gained in a start-up environment (operator launch)
- Project management of at least medium sized development projects in the telecom domain (multi-million budget) with strong focus on stakeholder management (internal and external stakeholders), management communication and business impact analysis
- Familiarity with cultural (India) and organizational peculiarities in a launch environment

Assignment in India will be subject to a circa 10% country with holding tax. Rates will be competitive and all inclusive, or with local transport and accommodation supplied.
