Project Description:

The LTE OSS Engineer will be required to work within a team of RF engineers and independently to help assist with RF network optimization activities on a live network.

RF Engineers with extensive experience in Optimization, with at least 3 years in CDMA/LTE optimization with different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL).

Other Competencies and skills:

- Optimizing network using statistics
- Experience using the following OSS tools (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element Manager, etc)
- Experienced in dealing with live data and tools
- Business Objects experience is preferred
- Must be familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred)
- Team leading experience in at least two projects
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
