LTE Optimization Engineer (Ericsson Skilled)
My client a worlds leading vendor is urgently looking for a LTE Optimization Engineer (Ericsson Skilled) to work on a 6 month extendable contract in Turkey, Istanbul.
You will need to have minimum 3 years of LTE Design & Optimization Experience over Ericsson RAN, Multi-national project experience is a must, Must have worked on solution build-up & hands-on delivery, CxO Level customer handling experience is a plus, Leadership & Communication Skills needed.
Solid knowledge of 3G, 3.5G and LTE architecture, Understanding of LTE interfaces and protocols, Monitoring, analysis and optimization of LTE KPIs, Coverage, quality and capacity optimization thru parameter and physical antenna tuning, High degree of ability to analyze and investigate network issues, WCDMA & LTE multilayer strategy planning and management, Good Knowledge of Ericsson LTE features, parameters, KPIs & counters, Ericsson GPEH event parsing and analysis to find the root cause of radio problems, Ericsson eNodeB trace parsing and analysis, KPI definition: Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity, and mobility, Network performance analysis, RF optimization and LTE dimensioning according to drive test measurements
Post Processing tools, Actix, TEMS Vis., TEMS Route, Swissqual, Ericsson OSS architecture and reporting, Ericsson Parameter Parsing: Nexplorer, Nepa, Bulk CM XMLs, GIS: Mapinfo, Mapbasic, Aexio Xeus, Ericsson MCOM, DT tools: TEMS Investigation, TEMS Automatic, Swiss Qual, Statistics tools: Business Objects, Moshell
