Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals and an excellent understanding of Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc)
At least 6+ years RF experience in planning and optimisation on GSM/UMTS systems and 2+ years recent experience in LTE planning and optimisation.
Strong knowledge of NSN LTE 1800/2100 optimization and log files analysis
