LTE NOC Performance Management Engineer - Riyadh (Arabic Speaking)

 FLENT ARABIC IS A MUST (SPOKEN AND WRITTEN)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- UTRAN/LTE troubleshooting for degraded sites based on KPI
- Activities related to but not limited to UMTS and LTE tuning projects
- Support all internal RF activities that required WMS implementation (with help of Performance pre and post activity report)
- Support New Sites/New carrier launches. Hourly KPI Monitoring
- Consistently shares ideas, findings & lessons learnt with colleagues/managers via presentations & written documents

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 1 year experience on LTE technology
- At least 4 years experience in Performance Management & Field Management/Configuration Management.
- Should have excellent knowledge on NSN OSS UMTS (Performance KPI, commands and Scripting)
- Should be able to troubleshoot problems related to NSN eNodeB (FDD/TDD) on RL-20.
- Should have knowledge on How to pull Performance Stats on nodeB/LTE (eNodeB) and RNC level
- Performance Management related tools knowledge like Reporting suite, Report Builder, Traffica, Astellia
- Knowledge of XML, VB, excel is required
