Skills required

n Thorough understanding of operator's organization

n Strong understanding of Network and service quality optimization solution, Wide knowledge in telecommunications technologies (UMTS or LTE)

n At least 8-10 years experience in operators' environment or professional network optimization consulting firms

n Strong ability of development/innovation of new services/use cases.

n 4 years experience in Ericsson LTE

Job Description

n Responsible for CEO/CMO/CTIO/ Network Optimization Executives engagement, explore leads and opportunities for Network Optimization solution sales

n Using network optimization consulting methodologies, e.g.: network optimization solution ,platform and tools… review operator's network optimization maturity and analyze gaps

n Materials development and speech owner in the MWC and regional summit of network optimization domain.

n Involvement in the development and project support of innovative network optimization

n Prepare and update consulting delivery documentation

n Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests underlying true needs.
