LTE L2 SYSTEM ENGINEER
eCRM Euro are looking for an LTE Layer 2 system engineer to our Wireless Baseband Team at Kista office, to take on the challenge to develop multi-standard signal processing solutions. You will be responsible for the system for the next generation baseband. You are the key member of the architectural team for wireless baseband systems (LTE, UMTS ) on multiple processors. You are going to work closely with algorithm developers, SW designer and hardware designer. You are responsible to define requirements, drive technical studies and coordinate works between different teams. The project is organised in very close co-operation with the wireless teams in Shanghai.
SKILLS
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role the candidate should have at least 5 years experiences in system design for Layer 2 of LTE, UMTS or GSM. You should have in-depth knowledge in Radio Resource Management and specially scheduling algorithms. You should be familiar with Layer 2 SW, understand implementation and have experience in Layer 2 architectural design.
A Bachelor, Master Degree or higher in computer science, EE, wireless communication or equivalent background is required.

This is a Full time position at our RandD office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.
