LTE Field Engineer

Urgently seeking LTE Field Engineers in Sydney CBD location. This is an excellent chance to secure a contract position before the New Year.

In this position you will provide technical support for customer queries, according to customer contract and internal support model; scope of work depends on role assigned to an engineer as below

You will act as first point of contact for customers, provide support for Project Installation integration Implementation commissioning, Quality Audits, supports implementation of preventive proposals, support TD-LTE deployment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Possess good customer service soft skills in order to communicate professionally with the customer
- Support planning for local H/W related eg retrofit activities if required
- SW change impact assessment documentation to be produced on customer request
- Review product related technical notes in order to indicate changes required correct deployment LTE Sites
- Communicate with customer with regards to software compatibility, new Software
- Support on site testing requirements for testbed installation/first network installation as required per Care agreement - this is in case local care capacity is not sufficient to cover this eg for multiple product at the same time
- Train and develop competence in the local team or Subcontractors
- Support Installation Audits for LTE site Installation.
