Projektbeschreibung
- BE of MS in Electronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering
- Radio engineering and design experience in GSM/UMTS/HSPA and LTE. Practical LTE experience is essential
- Must have experience in LTE RAN Design, Planning and Optimization
- Understanding of Layer-3 messages for LTE and Radio parameters for at least one renowned vendor is essential (Ericsson, NSN, Hauwei)
- Should be adept with LTE RAN KPIs and methods of optimizing them
- Should understand the inter-working between different technologies GSM/UMTS and LTE and ways of improving the layering and UE camping methodologies
- Should be proficient with Asset and Mapinfo for running Monte Carlo simulations etc.
- Candidate must be willing lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
