LSS OPERATION & INTEGRATION EXPERT

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an LSS Operation & Integration Expert you maintain and operate systems, regarding functional and operational aspect in order to respect availability and optimal quality of the systems and services.

Incident/Problem Management
- You provide second level of support to handle functional and technical incidents or problems
- You create and follow problems/incidents forms with suppliers

Duty Role
- You will participate to the team duty role (on remote) after 4 weeks of cross team training

Service Level/Avaibility Management
- You define maintenance procedure and realize preventive maintenance in order to ensure optimal quality of the systems and services.
- You optimize availability by monitoring and reporting on all key elements of availability, Determining availability requirements

Capacity Management
- You monitor the performance and the throughput of business process, Tuning activities to make efficient use of resources

Change/Release Management
- You validate operations criteria for move to production of new system (Hw, Sw).
- You assist suppliers in order to validate test & acceptances deliverables and move to production
- You prepare and implement configuration changes with minimal impact on system and service availability.

EXPERIENCE:

The candidate should have several years of experience in a complex LAN and Security environment.

He/She should have the habitude to work in an environment where no downtime is acceptable due to implementation of change requests and where incidents need to be handle with high priority.

He/She must be stress resistant.
-

He/She must be able to work independent but must have the reflex to ask the right questions when doubting on something.

YOUR PROFILE:

-

EXPERIENCE in an OPERATIONAL IT environment in a large company.
-

ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus
-

You are a GOOD COMMUNICATOR and are customer oriented.

You have good analytical and reporting skills and are able to ACT PROACTIVELY.

You have a STRONG TEAM SPIRIT.
-

You are bilingual Fr/En or Du/EN.
