USABILITY/USER EXPERIENCE LEAD - SELF-SERVICE & SUPPORT CHANNEL
This individual will be responsible for developing design ideas and user end-to-end experience flows for our Self-Service & Support pages within our .com and mobile sites. Responsible to leveraging industry best practices and rendering concepts, wireframes, use case scenarios, graphics and detailed design specifications. Individual will work closely with business subject matter experts, SEO lead, and as well as teams with voice of the customer insight.
Responsibilities:
- Develop site design based on:
o Leveraging knowledge of industry best practices for user experience and site design
o Analyzing data from multiple sources and address major drivers
- Deliver rendering concepts, wireframes, use case scenarios, graphics and detailed design specifications
- Meet project timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Formal training in user experience design (ex. Human Factors), preferred CUA Certification
- Three or more years experience in user experience design for both mobile and .Com platforms
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Effective communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to present findings and recommendations as well as define optimal prioritization of workload
- Expert in Microsoft product suite
