IT Alliance, an IT Managed Services and Outsourcing Company, are looking to hire a Web Designer on behalf of a large software company based in Dublin. We partner up with large multinational companies based in Ireland and the UK. The successful candidates will be an employee/contractor of IT Alliance, working on our customer site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Process assets (scan, crop, resize, reformat, colour-correct, or otherwise manipulate) as needed under the direction of UX Project Manager or Art Director.
- Leverage marketing campaign creative to produce custom artwork.
- Offer creative solutions for optimizing current site templates.
- Build banners and other visuals following style guide and direction for the online store.
- Take ownership of projects, working with content, merchandising, category and design teams to complete work requests.

Requirements:

1-2 years commercial web design experience.
Strong Adobe CS skills.
Solid understanding of design principles in layout, typography, colour and image optimization.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to quality check own work.
Pro-active problem solving skills.
Self-starter with strong desire to learn all areas of visual and interactive design.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
