Loyalty Campaign Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Loyalty Campaign Manager with experience in managing marketing projects around CRM/segmentation/email/consumer behavior/loyalty programs to join an international team! Experience in working within a Matrix organisation is essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project manage campaigns and ensure their on time and on brand delivery
- Pre-align campaign with all stakeholders and analyse campaign results
- Work closely with market research & analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation/behavior
- Work closely with creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and keep improving based on learnings
- Work closely with the product management and engineering team to constantly improve the internal CRM technology, tools and processes.

SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in creating and managing campaigns
- Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative consumer data into a targeted marketing strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills in English and German
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
- Demonstrated organizational, planning and time management skills
