Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Loyalty Business and Data Analyst to cover a 12 month maternity cover.

Job Summary

The job role sits within the CRM team, which is part of the Marketing team.

Responsible for utilising the CRM system to help business groups deliver effective targeted multichannel marketing campaigns based on clear segmentation of members / customers.

Will help to support and develop activities driven by CRM to maximise the relationship of over 450,000 members and to increase the value of every known customer.

It will also involve producing evaluation reports to analyse campaign results, highlight trends and make recommendations to optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities

The post holder shall:

* Utilise CRM system to support campaign activity through creating data selections, cleansing data and completing file extractions to produce mailing lists.
* Support email build, generate email lists using the CRM system and upload to email host application ready for broadcast.
* Produce campaign briefs and supporting operational guidance as required ensuring effective campaign delivery.
* Conduct analysis of campaigns and produce performance reports making observations and recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
* Work with the businesses and department to understand requirements and convert these to technical challenges and solutions.
* Responsible for ensuring Marketing Services meets its agreed service level agreements (SLA's).
* Data protection compliance and managing user access to ensure confidential data is only accessible to authorised members of staff.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate must be educated to degree level in IT, Marketing or a business related qualification.

Will have relevant experience in working with databases, data analytics or CRM systems and must have an advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft package, particularly Excel.

Experience of email platforms would be beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of Faststats CRM application, Adestra Email platform or Business Objects MI system would be advantageous.
