As we move ever closer to greener energy the demand for low carbon solutions is rising rapidly and is a growing business area. My client is a leading Energy Major with a global foot print who's B2B commercial division is leading the field in Low Carbon markets and due to consistent growth and success are looking to hire a Senior Strategy Manager for an 8month fixed term contract.

You will be a key point of contact on export and low carbon issues. This is a highly influential role in one of the market leading companies in the Low Carbon field. Demonstrating your knowledge of Low Carbon market you will provide strategic analysis and insight into market trends, mid term forecasts and competitor behaviours. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills and will be required to lead long term planning exercises. You will gain unique exposure to the full product life cycle and a strategic overview of the business, dealing closely with Front office Sales teams and senior stakeholders on a daily basis.

Candidate specification:

-Highly numerate Degree level education from a top university
-Prior work experience within the Low Carbon/Renewable energy sector
-Excellent analytical ability with strong strategic vision
-knowledge of ROC's & LEC's
