- Work with the Project Management and Migration team to ensure that all technical aspects of the migration have been covered
- Deep experience as a Lotus Notes and Domino Platform Administrator
- Deep technical experience with Lotus Notes to Exchange Migrations
- Domino Platform and Application experience and knowledge
- Lotus Notes Client and Server environment knowledge
- Experience using the Quest migration tool
- Technical experience on the Exchange and Outlook platform
- Windows 7 knowledge and experience (optional)
