Lotus Notes Developer - 12 Months Contract

As a Lotus Notes Developer, you will be working with one of the largest Government departments in Queensland in a friendly team environment. In this role you will be primarily developing Lotus Notes Databases using well structured coding practices and manage multiple small projects.

OTHER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE - - Bug fixing, enhancements, and development of new systems through a SDLC
- Ensure projects are properly documented and managed in line with internal processes;
- Manage Lotus Notes software development of projects as directed by the Manager of the Section;
- Undertake analysis of business requirements and design of systems;
- Develop software and take a proactive role in the development of the solution;
- Ensure the solution meet quality standards and be available to work outside standard hours

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE - - High level understanding of contemporary IT practices, software development methodologies and the SDLC.
- Demonstrated high level skills and recent experience in planning, scheduling and control of resources/tasks for system development projects
- Demonstrated skill, productivity and recent experience with LOTUS NOTES/DOMINO RELEASE 6.5, 8.5, TEAM STUDIO SUITE of products including CIAO!, ANALYSER, AND DELTA.
- Demonstrated ability in generating and recognising imaginative, creative and appropriate solutions to system development problems and ability to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision.
- Experience in EXT.ND; JAVAEE/JAVASCRIPT; CSS/HTML DESIGN SKILLS (interaction or interface)
