LOCATION: PITTSBURGH, PA

DURATION: 12 MONTHS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Windows platform management, configuration, design and expertise on all currently supported Microsoft Windows server versions.
-Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft Windows server operating systems.
-Recognize and troubleshoot problems with all versions of Microsoft Windows server Operating Systems and server hardware.
-Establish and document standards and procedures.
-Must have expertise using a wide array of Microsoft troubleshooting techniques and Microsoft Office products

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related degree with 6+ years of experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative, excellent follow-up skills with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem solving skills to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support including the development and maintaining of any needed documentation
- Strong teamwork skills including having the ability to work effectively with a variety of people with varying backgrounds at all levels of the organization, locally, regionally and globally
- Ability to quickly assess and learn new and emerging technologies and products
- Highly organized, results oriented and able to resolve issues/problems with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by business needs.
