Long Term Conditions Project Manager

My NHS Clients is currently looking for a Long Term Conditions Project Manager to work on their Diabetes Programme.

The Project Manager would need to have proven project management, communication and stakeholder mangement skills and be able to show they have worked on a Diabetes project before. The Project Manager will be bringing forward the project and leading it to the end. The Project Manager will need to have impeccable written skills as they will be writing project plans, timelines and charts.

Essential skills:

- Previous strong project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and written skills
- Experience working on Diabetes and Long Term Conditions projects

This is a full time role based in greater London at £300 - £350 per day with an immediate start. Interviews are scheduled around the 31st October and 2nd November.
