LONG TERM CARE COORDINATOR needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Health Plan Claims Experience

What You'll Be Doing:

- Complete Acknowledge Letter and Correspondence Letters
- Identify original paid or underpaid claims
- Routing Referrals, inbound calls, emails for services provided by Long Term Services and Supports
- Handling Questions and Resolving Issues
- Performing Data Entry and maintain confidentiality when communicating with members

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- High School Diploma
- At least one to three (1 - 3) years of experience as a Long Term Care Coordinator in a Health Plan Setting
- Must have Medical Terminology Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Long Term Services and Support Experience
