LONDON MARKET/LLOYDS SYNDICATE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - BUSINESS ARCHITECT

Our client, an IT Consultancy, is looking to recruit the services of an experienced consultant with strong London Market/Lloyds Syndicate knowledge  to work on-site in the City. The role focuses primarily on strategic business requirements, business processes and leveraging technology to enable or alter business processes or practices.

The post holder will be responsible for facilitating business process, function and organization design, working collaboratively with business strategists, process owners and subject matter experts as part of our IT and Change (ITC) business unit.

Required skills and experience:

- Proven ability to derive business needs from customer statements and develop viable solution concepts that blend business process and functional change
- Proven ability to guide business analysts and solution architects to successfully implement the solution while under budget constraints, tight timeframes and stakeholder pressure
- Deep knowledge and experience of Insurance concepts in the London market, together with strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of insurance projects
- Proven ability to develop, and see through to implementation and realisation, commercially feasible business cases for complex projects with a large number of stakeholders. Preferable practical experience using a best practice framework and enterprise tools
