or e-mail ().Job descriptionFor one of our partners in the Brussels region, we are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist. He/She will be responsible for the day to day follow-up of import shipments, domestic and export
shipments and related tasks. He/She will ensure that the operations are smooth and in compliance, will support Logistics Lead and will handle projects.Safety, SOP & ComplianceEnsure all chemicals are imported in compliance with all regulationsEnsure all
chemicals are shipped in compliance with all regulationsEnsure the incidents are minimized and all are investigated, reported and effective preventive and corrective action is implementedEnsure SHE-compliance at any time at any
operationOperationCoordinate and follow up of imports - provide needed info to import agent and planning (product availability)Coordinate and follow up of export shipments - provide needed info to 3rd party warehouse, planning, customer serviceExecute
shipment transactions in ERP systemsPlanning, booking and follow up of bulk-shipmentsIssuing of all needed transport documents (e.g. CMR, DGD, )Issuing Long Term Declarations for finished productsFiling of Long Term Declarations of raw materialsChecking
of invoices related to additional costs, e.g. waiting hours, cleaning costs, heating costs, Daily Pre No Go ReportingMonthly On Time Delivery ReportingIssue and follow up of Supplier Corrective Action Requests Logistics (complaint handling)Updating
Logistics data in our ERP systemsALL Logistics data to be well recorded & documents well filedFollow up a monthly stock checking & yearly stock taking procedure to check physical goods with the system records, to verify the variance & do the adjustment
