Logistics Project Manager - 5 Months FTC

Role Summary:

Responsible for management of the logistics of all deployment activities including liaison between supply chain / warehouse / on street to ensure site installations and operations are supported.

Main duties and responsibilities for the role include:

Main Accountabilities:

- Key liaison between Supply Chain, warehouse operations and on street installation teams
- Ensure end-to-end process of provision of parts and materials into warehouse through to deployment for on street installation is managed to ensure that installation programme is supported

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end to end process for materials into warehouse and setting up for on street installations for new locations
- Ensure information contained within Asset Tracker is in line with requirements on installation programme
- Report material usage and escalate any potential material shortages and impacts to programme
- Change management between supply chain and on street installations
- Ensure that any materials returned are managed through the QC and warehouse process as required
- Liaise with on street installation lead to ensure material requirements are clearly communicated to warehouse and supply chain prior to works commencing
- Any tasks identified by Supply Chain Manager
- Provide weekly reports to supply chain manager and programme manager
