Projektbeschreibung
On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Logistics Expert for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
- Support the production process by managing the raw materials and consumables within the site and in collaboration with all the stakeholders (manufacturer, supplier, other divisions)
- Ensure that the ordering, release, inventory, changes are done on time according to the needs and according to Novartis and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Support the production process by managing the Production Archive part with Sisnet
- Participate to ensure the good level of housekeeping in the Warehouses and Archives Rooms by checking of the cleaning of the rooms, containers and correct application of relevant SOPs and traceability in the Log Books
- Built the connection and nurture the relationship with the corresponding stakeholders in ChemOps, PharmOps and suppliers in order to ensure a well collaboration during the whole raw materials and consumables workflow
- Actively participates in regular training programs and share the knowledge to colleagues
- Support the production team by doing part of the Filter Integrity Test and Documentation review (Warehouse inventory list, warehouse cards, supplier notifications etc) and communicate/escale it properly to the relevant person (process expert or specialist etc.)
