Job Tasks to be Performed: Asset Management and Resource Planner Support

POSITION OVERVIEW:

- Create documentation needed to create purchase orders for internal customers
- Create and track ECOs for purchases
- Provide resource planners with current spending reports against each business unit budgets
- Tracking end-of-life asset data to help improve data center efficiency & budget planning for Resource Planners
- Ensure data accuracy of the purchase tracking tool for client tracking purposes
- Prepare metrics to demonstrate efficiency of the purchase order cycle time
- Maintain the equipment receiving asset records to track asset arrivals
- Create documentation to properly reflect client s asset status
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be capable of lifting up to 70lbs
