Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a major mobile telco service organisation, a Logistics Coordinator to work in the South East of the UK. The Logistics Coordinator will help to coordinate and facilitate the ordering and provisioning of equipment and services as required to support the programme.

They will check & validate call offs received from Regional staff against stock availability, place orders and reservations as required on to SAP & ensure PO's or reservations are issued within appropriate SLA timescales. The Logistics Coordinator will manage asset transfers required by the regional team, ensure deliveries are made to there designated address within SLA and monitor performance of forecast vs actual on equipment components per programme. They will be responsible for reviewing and validating monthly forecasts placed on programmes, working with Supply Chain and p monthly reports on performance of nominated programmes

Experience:

Essential:
* Educated to A'Level standard (or equivalent)
* Ability to work in a team and also under own initiative
* Good standard of reporting skills, using standard software packages
* Good Excel Skills

Desirable:
* Knowledge of mobile communications network technology
* Knowledge of Enterprise Management Systems (esp. SAP R/3)
* Knowledge of Logistics processes
* Hold a full UK driving licence
