Logistics Business Analyst / PMO (m/f)

MY DUTIES:
-Support logistics management with data mining and analysis as well as PMO activities
-Mine needed data from internal (SAP, finance) and external sources (LSPs)
-Analyze and format data towards root cause visualization and performance reports
-Manage tender data
-Support in creation of tender documents and communications (RFI / RFQ / RFP) as well as in all logistics projects with all PMO activities
-Filter logistics support requests, direct to correct resource
-Enable logistics manager to progress quickly with stream relative projects and tenders and business decisions
-Co-responsibility for the company, work stream, team to achieve its improvements goals
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Business analyst as well as PMO experience
-SAP experience and good MS XL level
-Experience in medical device industry is beneficial
-Business proficient English and good German language skills are required
-Reliable and consistent way of working
-Communicative, team-oriented and tolerant
-Flexible, adaptable and open to new ideas
-Efficient and targeted
