Logistics Analyst Job

LOGISTICS ANALYSTS NEEDED for a six (6) plus month CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide Systems Support to the North American Logistics and Inventory Accounting function encompassing Systems administration and analytics, system and process development,systems interface management and controls with 3rd party logistics providers (3 PL's) and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Ensure the accurate accounting and oversight of finished goods shipments form non-interfaced 3PL partners
- Ensure efficient Logistics operations through the SAP system via the Keystone business process
- Act as central point of contact between Heinz and external partners to identify and drive Continuous Improvement activities
- Execute and Build reports to enable effective T&W reporting management
- Execute shipment and product traces on request from business and communicate outcome within agreed timelines
- Actively work with other functions(Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing) on new T&W systems initiatives and testing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to three (1-3) years of experience working within CPG industry: Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or zero to one (0-1) years of experience with a degree in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge & understanding of automated Systems - Understanding of the role of ERP systems within the operation of a large organization
- Ability to identify interface failures (EDI, iDoc) and take corrective actions to ensure data integrity
- Highly Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize workload and multi task - Adaptable and high mental agility to solve problems analytically
- Highly desirable to have previous experience with SAP (or similar ERP system)

- Bachelor's Degree
